No Gion no Tsugai chapter 14 in Issue10 of comic alive 2016

In this months issue of comic Alive issue 10 2016 there was no chapter of Gion on tsugi Chapter 14, even though they advertised there would be a chapter in this issue but nothing checked 4 times and no chapter in issue.
