F.A.Q

Questions about downloading.

We are getting to many emails and comments in reference to reuploading dead links, Im tired of re-uploading dead links. NEW GROUP POLICY, If you do not download chapters when links are active meaning when they are first posted we will not be responsible for link reupload. We will on occasion fix links on shit we feel needs to remain active, but this point forward we will fix links as we see fit and will not keep fixing the same shit links for series over and over again, its a time waster for us. If you actively following our group i recommend to download when you see post with link and not wait. Any series over a year old will not get new active links we are not traveling back in time to revive dead links, it takes up to much hard drive space saving so many files to revive dead links. If series is too old we wont reupload, if links die they will die. Remember this most links will remain active if people are activly downloading file, but if no activity occurs on link for more than 30 to 60 days depending on file share it will go dead always remember links will die if not actively clicked, and I repeat again we are not paying for file share, no one pays for my raws but me so why will i pay for file share for you, good we understand. Thank you for reading this message.
2. Why not buy a server and provide direct downloads.
Answer. It cost money and expenses to maintain

Questions about raws.

1. Can I have a copy of the raws from your previous release.
Answer. No because even though we provide translated chapters we do not endorse copyright infringement in the original language. In japan those raws would constitute copyright infringement to those Japanese speakers who can read it, plus its taking money from the publishers and authors releasing the original untranslated version.

2. Oh come on, why cant you share those raws, its not like you paid for them.
Answer. Actually yes I do pay for my raws and purchase my raws and have them shipped from Japan, so I don't get them for free, I probably could but I rather support the authors by actually purchasing, which is better than downloading from public raws, plus the quality is better when you scan them yourself.

Questions about joining the team.
1. I want to join your team are you recruiting.
Answer. We are always recruiting translators, cleaners, redrawers and proofers. You can always email us at deusexscans@gmail.com, if your applying for translators or cleaners and proofers we will give you a test to truly see if your at the level that you can really help. When it comes to cleaners I am always willing to train same with redrawers, when it comes to translators you will be tested accordingly so we can see your level of Japanese,  and proofers, will be tested as well. We are not preventing anyone from joining if you don't have experience we are willing to train but you must remember at least have something to bring to the plate or something we can work with to assist you in your development.

Questions about Projects.
We are always willing to take suggestions but remember not all projects will be considered, but we are open to suggestions but always remember depending on resources and staff we may or may not do it depending on the situations and staff availability. Also I would never want to take on to many projects in which quality drops and we fall behind in releases because of lack of staff, so I rather keep it small in terms of projects in an effort to maintain consistent releases and as well quality.
