The long delay is over, of course I delayed release of this chapter because of two factors one there is only 3 chapters in volume 10 so if I don't spread releases we run out of them real quick, and two volume 11 doesn't come out till November or December so that is why I held on to release until now, so now Deus ex scans brings to you chapter 31 of Bokura no Kiseki, and the question I ask to fans for this chapter, was it just me or does anyone feel Glen is closer than we think or are we over thinking it, Ill let you guys figure it out, everyone please enjoy chapter 31 and as always ty to fancelli and gott for amazing translations.

ReplyDeleteIm glad your happy, people dont realize the releases are not slow intentionally its that we use Tank scans not magazine scans so delays occur as we attempt to spread out the release until next tank appears and since only 3 chaps per tank by some miracle we have to make 3 chaps last long enough so that people dont complain until next tank comes out, we can use magazine scans but than quality goes down compared to tank and I think people prefer tank scans over magazine, Im happy you like the release

Im loving dark minami It gets me thinking about the whole light event and what occurred because as stuff is getting revealed is it just me or minami is getting darker even though he has reasons but it just feels weird but I also believe that bart survived and that is glen thinking he is bart, its my gut telling me.

ReplyDeleteI've been on board the "Yuu is really Glen" train for a while now, but if that's the case, why is she trying to "remember" how to use magic when Glen never could?
Maybe she honestly believes she is/was bart even though she is/was glen.

ReplyDeleteMe and fancelli hope volume 11 comes out october instead of what we are assuming will be november and december we hope we are wrong, hate waiting because everyone thinks we are not releasing on purpose when in reality we are spreading releases and waiting for tanks, its stressful.

I honestly get the feeling that Yuu is actually Glen, it would also make sense with the gender swap... but then there would be no Bart and that would be sad, too. XD I don't know if it was the smartest thing to do for Minami to single Cotton out, cuz now he won't be getting any 'anomynous' tips anymore. But like everyone said, 'Dark Minami' is just too awesome. XD

ReplyDeleteSo, I also think Yuu is Glen. Here's why. In Volume 2, just after started to remember their lives when she was pretending to be Veronica, the first memory she gives is of meeting Glen in the courtyard while he's looking for the earring he lost. Only three people were there initially: Veronica, Rida, and Glen. Considering we know Harusumi is Veronica and Haruko is Rida, Yuu has to be Glen. In later Volume flashbacks, we learn more of Glen's story and it's kind of hinted that he may have had an inferiority complex toward Bart, which might explain why Yuu thinks she was or passes it off that she was Bart. There are a couple other hints that she's Glen, but I can't remember them right now (time to reread the series to find them).
Also, one last note of interest. In the character list (and flashbacks), pay close attention to the facial details. A character will share details with their past self, whether it be the eye shape, eyebrows, nose, mouth, or combinations thereof. That's another reason I think Yuu is Glen. She shares Glen's smile and nose, but she also resembles Veronica. If Glen actually did love Veronica, it'd make sense for his incarnation in this life to resemble her a bit.
I'm not so sure about Yuu resembling Glen, but she's a dead ringer for his mother...
